POST-GRAFFITI PACIFIC (2015)

Post-Graffiti Pacific was curated by Olivia Laita and conceived as both an exhibition and a declaration of a new approach to urban contemporary practice, one that acknowledges graffiti’s historical roots while expanding its language, cultural identity, and relevance for the present. What began as a curated group show featuring Askew One alongside peers such as Benjamin Work, Berst, Misery, Elliot Francis Stewart, Gary Silipa, and Brendan Kitto, was intended to articulate and foreground a distinctive Pacific perspective within post-graffiti and urban contemporary art. The show was presented at aMBUSH Gallery in Sydney.
